Online Reservation Guidelines

Cheong Wa Dae tour reservations are offered on a first come, first served basis
(cultural events have partial tour lotteries)
- You can select a reservation date for visiting up to 4 weeks from the website access date
- No additional requests after reservation until either cancellation or tour completion (one reservation per person)

Individual : 1~10 people / Group: 11~50 people

More visitors cannot be added on the day of the tour.
*All visitors must have reservations regardless of age, including preschoolers.
- Same-day tour reservations are possible up to 10 minutes before the reserved entry time.
Tour Instructions
- Transferring or selling tickets to a third party is prohibited.
- Access to certain areas may be restricted depending on the event, facility maintenance, and weather conditions.

Temporary closures may occur due to natural disasters or national events.
*In the event of emergency closure, all reserved visits will be automatically canceled.
- People who have difficulty verifying mobile barcodes can receive wristbands at the onsite information desk.

Application is only possible for seniors 65 and above, national merit recipients, and foreigners.
Persons with disabilities may apply for one additional accompanying person.

- The Cheong Wa Dae Foundation entrusts the handling of personal information for the purpose of managing reservations and other related tasks. The entrusted parties are managed through contracts that ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines, information protection and confidentiality, prohibition of third-party provision, liability for incidents, and the obligation to return/destroy personal information immediately upon the termination of the entrusted period.
